Full-Time Clinical Trial Manager

HeartFlow, Inc. is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease. Their flagship product, the HeartFlow FFRCT Analysis, provides a 3D model of a patient's coronary arteries. HeartFlow is a VC-backed company, recognized for its healthcare innovation, and cleared for use in multiple countries.

The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) is responsible for overseeing and managing all clinical operational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Managing clinical study sites
• Managing study documentation
• Vendor management
• Project management tasks
• Developing trial timelines, enrollment projections, and instructional materials
• Participating in and leading process improvement activities
• Conducting study start-up activities (protocols, informed consent forms, etc.)
• Reviewing site regulatory documents for compliance
• Maintaining relationships with investigators and vendors
• Performing other duties as needed

Skills Needed:

• Experience with clinical research study execution
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of ICH Guidelines, FDA, and European clinical trial requirements
• Strong communication skills (written and oral English)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in cardiovascular medical device clinical research (preferred)

Compensation: Base salary ranges from $85,000-$115,500 (outside Bay Area) to $95,000-$140,000 (Bay Area), plus cash bonus, and stock options. HeartFlow is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
