What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide administrative and project tracking support to the clinical project team
• Arrange and track system access for project team members, including Project Managers and CRAs
• Maintain and perform quality audits to ensure the accuracy of project documentation
• Assist with the preparation and shipment of clinical trial documentation, including Investigator Site Files
• Track and maintain project-related information, including site medical question and answer logs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in a related role
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the clinical research field or related roles
• Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and processes
• Additional language proficiency relevant to the location
