Full-Time Clinical Trials Business Development Rep

Milestone One Business Development Representative role supports a Business Development department in building and expanding the network of clients according to defined business plans, timelines, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients (sponsors, CRO, medical institutions).
• Assisting Site Development Manager in promoting Milestone One by acquiring new clinics and building a site network.
• Conducting research on potential clients to expand the network.
• Scheduling meetings with potential clients to present business opportunities.
• Presenting the benefits of cooperation with Milestone One.
• Supporting the Marketing team in preparing promotional materials.
• Attending medical/pharmaceutical conferences and training workshops as required.

Requirements:

• Education: University degree, life sciences preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical environment (medical representative dealing with medical institutions/physicians or study coordinator).
• Knowledge & Skills:
  • Fluent Polish, B2 English
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Effective problem-solving and result-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Valid category B driver's license
