Full-Time Clinical Trials Business Development Rep

Business Development Representative supports the Business Development team in building and expanding the Milestone One network and promoting new projects for Milestone One sites.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with Investigators, Medical Institutions representatives, and Milestone One existing and potential clients (sponsors and CROs).
• Actively promote Milestone One brand, acquire new clinics, and build a site network.
• Conduct research on potential clients for network expansion.
• Schedule meetings with Investigators, pharmaceutical and CRO companies' representatives to present business opportunities and cooperation benefits with Milestone One.
• Assist the Marketing team in preparing promotional materials.
• Attend medical/pharmaceutical conferences and training workshops (as required).

Qualifications:

• Education: College or university degree, life sciences preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the clinical trials industry, dealing with medical institutions, physicians, or site management. Previous experience in business development, relationship building with sites/clients, or sales within healthcare/clinical trials is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent ability to analyze customer data, interpret industry trends, respond to bids, create proposals, and communicate effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. Strong relationship building skills to understand client challenges and propose solutions.
• Knowledge: Fluent in English and local language, general understanding of clinical trial process, requirements, and regulations. Excellent sales and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and result-oriented abilities. Valid category B driver's license, proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), and internet research.
