Full-Time Clinical Trials Proposal Manager

Proposal Manager coordinates all phases of PSI’s proposal process.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to RFP strategy and bid defense slide decks.
• Partner with teams (Feasibility, Medical Affairs, Project Management, Clinical Operations, Budgeting, and Business Development) to produce winning proposals.
• Develop high-quality strategic proposals meeting client needs.
• Prepare viable RFP calendars and ensure timely meeting of milestones.
• Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls for RFPs.
• Develop draft budgets in CLARITY.
• Contribute to study modeling in VISIONAL.
• Review client specifications and obtain stakeholder feedback.
• Develop competitive final budgets with the budgeting team.
• Prepare vendor RFPs and obtain vendor quotes.
• Support bid defense meetings.

Qualifications:

• 4+ year degree.
• Experience managing full-service clinical trial proposals.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Flexibility and creativity in responding to potential clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
