Cloud Security Instructional Designer

The Cloud Security Instructional Designer will be responsible for maintaining and improving courseware enabling employees, customers, and partners to understand ServiceNow platform security. This role includes capturing changes to content, developing a recertification course, maximizing program impact and effectiveness, and improving user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduled updates for existing content to ensure currency and relevance (Articulate 360, Synthesia, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Create engaging online content using technical design, development, and creative skills; suggest new content development approaches.
• Ensure materials meet required standards and brand guidelines (accessibility, quality, sustainability).
• Participate in quarterly program review to support learning path development.
• Record changes to training content for an annual recertification program.

Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1-3 years of instructional design, adult learning, distance learning, or LMS content development experience.
• Experience with graphics, templates, icons, and multimedia in the instructional design process.
• Articulate 360 or similar tool experience (a plus).
