Command & Control Support Engineer: Supporting products for the Emergency Services nationwide. An Engineer who can technically contribute to the full range of skills involved in second line support to critical Police systems.
Essential Skills:
- SQL Server and Cluster failover
- Hyper-V
- Windows Server 2012 /16 +
- Windows 10
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of bespoke application support.
- Configuring PCs, installation and configuration of software.
- Understanding of Lan/Wan Hardware and Architecture.
- Understanding of TCP/IP and Network protocols.
- Windows and networking.
- ADSL connectivity.
- Remote Access Service (RAS) or Windows (RDP).
- Use of Call Management Software.
- Good understanding of ITIL Support processes.
