Contractor Commercial Card Product Manager (Digital)

Autonomously manage the end-to-end process for the launch of new commercial card tools and features, focusing on integrating and enhancing digital instruments.

Lead the development and enhancement of digital tools and features for commercial card products. Ensure they meet customer needs.

Lead API and file transmissions discovery.

Develop a product strategy and product vision delivering value to customers.

Execute on the product roadmap & customer-facing developments.

Manage discovery efforts to uncover solutions, integrate into the product roadmap.

Own and prioritize the product backlog supporting strategic enhancements.

Lead cross-functional sprint teams (software engineers, UX designers, developers).

Build the framework and track product key success metrics.

Act as a change agent, challenging legacy processes, educating team members on commercial cards, driving card adoption.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 2+ years commercial card experience, focusing on digital tools.
• Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures for commercial card products.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, technologies, and trends.
• Experience with Agile, Jira.
• Strong communication skills (explaining technical terms).
• Intermediate Excel skills, strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
• Mid-level expertise in commercial business card product management.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage projects end-to-end.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation: $65/hr - $70/hr (dependent on factors like experience, skills).
