Full-Time Communications Specialist

BryceTech is seeking a Communications Specialist to assist the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in developing communication strategies and content.

Responsibilities:

• Support and implement communication strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Create engaging content (social media, press releases, reports, etc.) for internal and external audiences.
• Manage the content calendar for consistent communication.
• Provide technical writing support, editing, and proofreading.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and media contacts.
• Monitor industry trends and audience insights to refine strategies.
• Assess and analyze communications efforts using data-driven insights.
• Align communication with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management experience (preferably in military or government).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and evaluation.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic photography and graphic creation skills are a plus.
• Required: Secret clearance and ability to travel.
