BryceTech is seeking a Communications Specialist to assist the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in developing communication strategies and content.
Responsibilities:
- Support and implement communication strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Create engaging content (social media, press releases, reports, etc.) for internal and external audiences.
- Manage the content calendar for consistent communication.
- Provide technical writing support, editing, and proofreading.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and media contacts.
- Monitor industry trends and audience insights to refine strategies.
- Assess and analyze communications efforts using data-driven insights.
- Align communication with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create impactful messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of program management experience (preferably in military or government).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and evaluation.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic photography and graphic creation skills are a plus.
- Required: Secret clearance and ability to travel.
