Full-Time Compliance Executive Junior

Provide daily support to the Head of Compliance in Brazil on all compliance-related matters.

Act as the secondary point of contact for compliance inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining policies, procedures, and protocols for regulatory compliance in Brazil.

Deliver legal interpretations and conduct compliance assessments for internal teams regarding regulations issued by the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA) and other iGaming rules in Brazil.

Perform regulatory analyses and produce reports as required.

Support technical compliance initiatives, including reporting and other mandated tasks.

Assist with, and when necessary lead, both internal and external audits.

Liaise directly with the SPA to clarify regulatory ambiguities and address business-related queries.

Provide ongoing support to the local team on day-to-day compliance issues.

Essential Requirements:

• Law Degree or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role
• 5+ years experience in a dedicated compliance, or similar role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to interpret regulatory documents
• Good self-organization, ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Portuguese written and spoken
• Competent use of standard Microsoft Office applications
