Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Computer and Information Systems Manager to champion technological advancements for an upcoming opportunity. This role involves envisioning and implementing a technological future that aligns with strategic goals, navigating complex IT landscapes, and spearheading the integration of innovative solutions. Focus on strategic technology planning, transforming IT challenges into opportunities.

• Spearhead the evaluation and strategic integration of emerging technologies.
• Lead the assessment and overhaul of existing IT infrastructures.
• Champion the development and execution of comprehensive IT strategies.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Guide the adoption and governance of IT best practices, including Agile and DevOps.
• Oversee the design and implementation of robust cybersecurity measures.
• Actively monitor technology trends, providing leadership in the adoption of cloud computing and AI.
• Facilitate the continuous improvement of IT service delivery.
• Lead educational and training initiatives.

• 7 years of experience in IT management.
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, and machine learning.
• Exceptional leadership qualities.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance standards (FISMA, NIST, GDPR).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).

• US Citizenship Required
• Active Public Trust/MBI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
