Job Details
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Cost Data Analyst for data management, analytics, and dashboard reporting for our technology client’s Global Data Center Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze cost trends for a global data center portfolio.
- Perform benchmarking, trend identification, and growth forecasting.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Present analysis findings in a clear manner.
- Improve processes with software tools and automation.
- Review contractor and subcontractor pricing against benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain project cashflow forecasts and accruals.
- Analyze project budgets against benchmarks and cost trends.
- Provide recommendations on project funding needs.
- Support the client in compiling information for capital planning requests.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of using technical skills such as benchmarking, data modeling, and statistical methods to solve problems.
- Previous commercial experience in data center or industrial / manufacturing projects.
- Advanced software skills in Excel and Power BI Dashboards.
- UAT/QA experience is helpful.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role.
- Good organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be a team player.
