At IFS Copperleaf, you’ll turn complex asset data into strategic investment decisions for Europe’s leading utilities.
As a Consultant Business Applications in the Copperleaf Product Support team, you’ll pair customer engagement with hands-on analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely triage and resolve support inquiries for our English, German & Dutch-speaking customers.
- Write and maintain tips, knowledge-base articles, and troubleshooting guides based on resolved support cases.
- Deeply understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities and how they map to your customers’ business processes and strategy.
- Manage all support needs end-to-end and be accountable for product-support service delivery.
- Act as the liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades, handling all coordination and rollout tasks.
- Lead monthly calls with customers to review performance insights, enhancement requests, and evolving business requirements.

Technical Requirements
- Excel – Proficient.
- SQL – Working level.
- Oracle DB Concepts – Familiar and willing to learn more.
- IT concepts and principles (Windows and Linux servers, networking, REST webservice integrations, databases) – Working level.
- Linux containerisation (bonus) – Familiarity.
