At IFS Copperleaf, you’ll turn complex asset data into strategic investment decisions.
As a Consultant Business Applications, you’ll pair customer engagement with hands-on analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely triage and resolve support inquiries for our English and German speaking customers.
- Write and maintain tips, knowledge-base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Deeply understand Copperleaf’s functional capabilities.
- Manage all support needs end-to-end.
- Act as the liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades.
- Lead monthly calls with customers to review performance insights.
