As a Consultant Business Applications, you’ll pair customer engagement with hands-on analysis to help customers create strategic Asset Investment Plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve support inquiries for German- and English-speaking customers.
- Write and maintain tips, knowledge-base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
- Understand Copperleaf’s capabilities and how they map to customer business processes.
- Manage all support needs end-to-end and be accountable for product-support service delivery.
- Act as the liaison between customers and the release team during system upgrades.
- Lead monthly calls with customers to review performance insights and enhancement requests.
