Consultant Power Platform

Your main responsibilities as a Power Platform Consultant:

• Advise and guide clients in selecting the most suitable Power Platform solutions to meet their needs and business objectives.
• Support clients in the architecture, governance, and security of their Power Platform environments.
• Design, develop, and implement Power Apps or Power Pages applications, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, chatbots, and Copilot Studio plugins, original and tailored to different levels of challenge and performance.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of the solutions delivered.
• Contribute to the development, improvement, and support of citizen developers and end-users.
• Maintain technology awareness and skills development on the Power Platform.

Where will you carry out your missions?

• At large corporate clients in banking, insurance, industry, retail, defense, luxury, or energy, involved in innovative projects.

What will you bring to the Team?

• Degree from an Engineering School or a Master 2 in IT, with at least 2 years of experience in Power Platform or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in Power Platform concepts and tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Power Fx, connectors, AI builder, ALM, etc.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft environments: Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, etc.
• Good understanding of business needs and digital transformation challenges.
• Rigorous, autonomous, creative, and proactive.
• Experienced with agile methodologies and fluent in French and English.
• Ability to qualify and explain client needs, strong presentation skills, and a leadership mindset.
• Open to change, proactive, and a real driver within a team.
• Convinced by low-code and eager to affirm your convictions.

Bonus skills

• Facilitate creative workshops, such as brainstorming, design thinking, or hackathons, to generate innovative and user-centric solutions.
• Specific expertise in one or more business areas (HR, sales, commerce, logistics, services, etc.).
• Previous experience leading critical or complex Power Platform/Dynamics 365 projects.
• Experience in Power Platform governance.
