Consultant Responsibilities:
Deliver quality consulting, project management and support services for high customer satisfaction. Can be an individual contributor or team member.Location: Manila, Philippines
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in SmartRecruiter and Workday implementation.
- Client-facing role.
- Consulting IT, RPO & Corporates preferred industry.
- English language requirement.
- APAC 1st Shift (10 AM to 7 PM).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Expertise:
- Strategic consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition technology.
- Appropriate project methodologies and industry best practices.
- High quality execution and completion of client engagements.
- Effective change management strategies (communications, testing, training).
- High ethical behavior and personal integrity.
- Positive and proactive communication to build relationships.
- Applying talent acquisition strategies in diverse organizations.
- Functional Consulting/Business Analyst Expertise:
- Process and design support to understand current and future people, processes, and technology across technology platforms.
- Gather feedback to assess business requirements, pain points, and gaps facilitating best practice recommendations.
- Market Expertise:
- Versatile, effective, deepening skills in recruitment practices (people, process, technology).
- Understanding of recruitment processes and technology.
- Gaining certification across multiple platforms.
- Cultural Expertise:
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Provide and accept feedback while supporting others.
- Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience:
- Client-facing experience supporting full lifecycle project/program execution.
- 2+ years experience supporting client-facing talent acquisition implementations.
- 2+ years project management experience.
- 2+ years consulting experience.
- 2+ years implementing, optimizing and supporting end-to-end talent acquisition functions (ATS/CRM) (prospect engagement, sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition analytics).
- Deep experience in at least two of the following areas: prospect engagement, sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent acquisition analytics.
- Ability to support successful technology implementation.
- Experience with development and implementation of change management communications, testing and training collateral.
- Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- SmartRecruiters experience required. Other system experience desired: Paradox, Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, Oracle.
- Deep understanding of best practices relating to organizational design, resource productivity, metrics and reporting, technology, recruitment programs and policies, and process optimization.
