Consultant Support FAI
Support Technique Clients: Intégré à une équipe de support de niveau 2, vous gérerez le support et l'expertise sur l'ensemble du traitement des incidents réseau.
Missions :
- Traitement des plaintes « Grand Public » et « Entreprises » sur les accès ADSL, FTTH et services associés (VOIP, IPTV).
- Analyse, diagnostic et résolution d'incidents sous contraintes de temps.
- Assurer la satisfaction client avec des réponses pertinentes et pointues.
- Communication client efficace.
- Identifier, diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements, incidents et interruptions de service ; mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives.
- Contrôler la complétude et l'avancement des tickets de niveau 1.
- Support à l'équipe clients et équipes terrain de premier niveau.
- Accompagnement client complet jusqu'au rétablissement du service.
- Qualification des tickets avant escalade aux experts niveau 3.
- Suivi des incidents : relances, consolidation, analyse de tendance.
- Demandes d'actions préventives.
- Prise en compte des appels clients suite à des dysfonctionnements.
Compétences:
- Diplômé Bac +5 en réseaux/télécoms ou développement informatique.
- Expérience minimale: Moins d'un an (stages acceptés).
- Bon niveau de communication français.
- Rigoureux, créatif, curieux et travailleur en équipe.
Profil recherché:
- Expérience dans le traitement des incidents ou le secteur des télécoms (un plus).
