Consultant Support FAI

Support technique clients - Niveau 2

Support et expertise sur les phases de traitement des incidents réseaux.

  1. Traiter les plaintes unitaires « Grand Public » et « Entreprises » sur les périmètres d'accès ADSL, FTTH et services associés (VOIP, IPTV).
  2. Analyser, diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents avec contraintes de temps.
  3. Assurer la satisfaction client avec réponses pertinentes et pointues dans des délais minimums.
  4. Assurer la communication client.
  5. Identifier, diagnostiquer dysfonctionnements, incidents et interruptions de service et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctives.
  6. Contrôler la complétude et l’avancement des tickets de niveau 1.
  7. Assurer un support à l’équipe service clients et équipes terrains de premier niveau.
  8. Accompagner le client final jusqu’au rétablissement du service.
  9. Qualifier les tickets avant escalade sur les services Expert niveau 3 (analyse et diagnostic).
  10. Faire le suivi des incidents: relances, consolidation, analyse de tendance.
  11. Demandes d’actions préventives de fond.
  12. Accueillir les demandes utilisateurs suite à des dysfonctionnements (prise en compte des appels clients).
  13. Piloter une équipe de techniciens et mettre en place les procédures d’exploitation.

Profil

Bac +2/+3/+5 avec spécialisation technique (réseaux et télécom ou développement informatique) ou non technique (économie et gestion, logistique).

Moins d’un an d’expérience. Expérience dans le traitement des incidents ou dans le secteur des Télécoms (stages) est un plus.

Niveau de communication avancé en français (C1).

Rigoureux, créatif, curieux, travaillant en équipe, envie de monter en compétence dans un environnement dynamique.
