Full-Time Contact Center AI Data Manager

This role leads AI and data analytics initiatives within the FBIN Consumer Service contact center organization, collaborating with stakeholders to improve consumer experience and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute AI initiatives, including generative and agentic AI solutions.
• Develop data analytics capabilities to optimize business performance and improve consumer experience.
• Develop and maintain AI agents, including AI prompt editor management.
• Oversee and improve contact center reporting processes.
• Participate in long-term strategy planning as an AI and analytics thought leader.
• Collaborate with contact center, IT, and app leaders to deploy solutions.
• Partner with the corporate Data & Analytics organization to improve data access.
• Collaborate with the corporate AI Governance organization to manage AI solutions.
• Stay informed on trends in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.

Expertise:

• Expertise in manipulating large data sets and interpreting data trends.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, BI solution development, or AI solution development.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with contact center technologies is a plus.
