Full-Time Content & Education Strategist

About Winona:Winona is a leading telemedicine company providing HRT for women in menopause. We develop our own technology (EHR, patient care admin, patient portal, website, marketing tech). We have two compounding pharmacies and in-house physicians for a fully integrated business model.About the role: We seek a Content & Education Strategist to develop and manage patient content across various channels. This role will plan, write, and manage educational content to help patients understand and navigate their care. Working with clinical, product, and support teams, identify common questions, create resources, and maintain them. You'll manage content production with internal and external collaborators (video editors, copywriters, medical experts). May create internal training materials or reference materials for care guidelines, product updates, or communication best practices.

1. Plan and manage educational content (Intercom, YouTube, Help Center, email)
2. Write, edit, and maintain patient materials (video scripts, onboarding, ebooks, articles)
3. Identify content needs via patient questions, support conversations, and product features
4. Ensure content is accurate, clear, concise, and up-to-date
5. Collaborate with internal teams and outside contributors for high-quality content
6. Own the educational content strategy and roadmap across the patient journey
7. Occasionally create internal documentation for team training and alignment

Requirements:

• Experience writing consumer-facing content, especially health/wellness/tech
• Clear, concise writing style with an empathetic tone
• Strong content planning and organization skills
• Project management across multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Familiarity with tools like Intercom, YouTube, Notion, CMS platforms, and video tools
