About the RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing & Content Associate to help craft and execute digital and offline marketing strategies that elevate our brand voice and drive meaningful engagement. In this role, you’ll bring our services to life through compelling storytelling, SEO-optimized content, smart marketing tactics, and hands-on coordination of offline initiatives.
You’ll work closely with our global marketing team to develop content that resonates across audiences—from entrepreneurs launching their first LLC to international clients expanding into the U.S. market—while also supporting the execution of on-ground marketing activities like event planning and collateral development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital content across web, blog, email, and social media
- Handle end-to-end content editing: researching topics, writing, proofreading, and publishing
- Execute SEO strategies, track performance, and optimize content based on insights
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and collaborate with internal teams to simplify complex topics
- Support digital campaigns including lead generation, webinars, and email marketing
- Manage website content updates in line with SEO best practices
- Oversee the creation and production of print materials and coordinate with vendors
- Assist in planning and execution of offline events such as trade shows and exhibitions
- Manage purchasing, inventory, and logistics for digital and print marketing materials
- Ensure alignment and consistency across all digital and offline marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital media, or copywriting
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS tools like WordPress
- Ability to simplify complex topics and write for diverse audiences
- Experience with offline marketing (e.g., print production, events, vendor coordination)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience in design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
- Experience in financial services or accounting IS A PLUS
