Full-Time Content Generator (Manager)

About the RoleDNAnexus is seeking a strategic and creative Content Generator to join our growing marketing team. Transform complex genomic and precision health concepts into compelling narratives for B2B healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Identify and develop compelling narratives communicating DNAnexus' value proposition, customer success stories, and competitive differentiators. Extract insights from data to craft powerful stories. Create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats, including: white papers/eBooks, data-driven case studies, blog posts, website copy, social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter, Bluesky), and email marketing campaigns.
• Strategic Content Development: Contribute to the overall content strategy across multiple market segments. Use data analytics to identify content gaps, measure performance, and make strategic recommendations. Stay ahead of industry trends to maximize content relevance and impact. Collaborate across functions to align content with broader business objectives.
• Digital Tools & Innovation: Leverage modern content creation tools and technologies, including Gen AI applications. Understand how to integrate technology while maintaining authentic storytelling. Evaluate the strategic applications and limitations of emerging tools in B2B content creation. Use available technologies to analyze data and strengthen narratives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, with knowledge of precision medicine, cloud technology, and genomic data.
• OR: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Genetics, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in B2B content creation, preferably in technology, life sciences, or healthcare.
• Experience extracting compelling storylines from complex technical information and strong analytical skills to interpret data.
• Proficiency with modern content tools, including Gen AI applications. Strong research, writing, and editing skills. Familiarity with content management systems and SEO principles.
