Full-Time Content Manager

What We’re Looking For:As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s content strategy and written communications. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality articles, guides, documentation, and marketing copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms. The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing abilities with strategic thinking and project management skills to deliver compelling content that engages our audience and drives business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a content calendar and produce high-quality articles, guides, tutorials, and marketing copy that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify content needs and develop comprehensive content strategies.
• Support content writing of our knowledge base, help center, and documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usefulness for our users.
• Edit and proofread content from other team members, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
• Develop and maintain our content style guide.
• Track content performance through analytics, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with external content creators, freelancers, and agencies.
