About the Role: Writers play a key role in our marketing team. You'll support high-priority projects, creating blog posts, website copy, product pages, whitepapers, and eBooks. Your clear and concise writing will distill complex concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Create content that educates and engages our audience.
- Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and sales to create compelling content.
- Increase UpGuard's social media presence on LinkedIn and Meta.
- Communicate complex product benefits clearly to users.
- Apply persona and journey thinking to support a consistent customer journey across channels.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity researchers to make their discoveries understandable.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of writing experience (copywriting, content strategy).
- Experience creating short and long-form content.
- Proven ability to create converting content.
- Social media and newsletter experience.
- Understanding of complex cybersecurity products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Evidence of content ranking well.
