Full-Time Content Processing Specialist

Summary: As a Content Processing Specialist, protect brands from harmful content on social media, promote positive community, respond, and remove negative brand sentiments. You'll be trained in analyzing information, content moderation, and ensuring a safe online experience.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor content on our online platform.
• Communicate constantly with shift manager to resolve issues/questions.
• Quickly identify online communication (text/memes) and stay updated on social media trends.
• Ensure online community safety and policy adherence.
• Understand brand policies to effectively analyze and moderate content.
• Work with various brands across industries to detect, review, and monitor all types of content.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Personal PC/laptop with webcam
• General knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord)
• Stable internet connection and home environment
• Experience in content moderation, customer service (non-voice), or social media management (preferred).
• Social media & marketing experience (a plus)
• 8-hour shift, rotating schedule, flexible weekend availability.
• Excellent written & oral English communication skills (additional languages a plus).
