Summary: As a Content Processing Specialist, you will help protect brands from harmful content on social media, promoting a positive community by responding and removing negative brand sentiments. You will be trained in analyzing information, conducting content moderation, and ensuring a safe experience for all users globally.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor content using online platform.
- Maintain communication with shift manager for issue resolution.
- Rapidly identify online communication (text/memes) and stay updated with social media trends.
- Ensure online community safety and adherence to policies and guidelines.
- Understand brand policies to analyze content and make timely moderation decisions.
- Work with diverse brands to detect, review, and monitor content.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Personal PC/laptop with webcam.
- General knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.).
- Stable internet connection and suitable home environment.
- Experience in content moderation, customer service (non-voice), or social media management.
- Social media/marketing experience is a plus.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift on a rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
