Your Mission

Own every written touchpoint that helps users succeed with Private.Ki:

• Support Docs: Crisp how-to answers, step-by-step walkthroughs, annotated screenshots.
• Knowledge-Base: Deeper dives into OPAQUE login, OpenPGP.js, threat models, and security architecture.
• Blog & Social: Catchy stories, release notes, Medium articles, X threads.
• Content Ops: Pick topics, draft, edit, publish, measure, iterate.

Must-Have Responsibilities

• Translate complex crypto concepts into clear, engaging copy.
• Spin up demo environments, capture screenshots/GIFs, and embed code snippets.
• Maintain information architecture so users find answers fast.
• Partner daily with engineers, QA, and design.
• Fluent English, with tone shifting from friendly support to technical deep-dive.

Required Skills

• Solid grasp of modern web / mobile stacks (React Native, TypeScript, REST, WebView).
• Deep use of AI to speed up your process.
• Markdown mastery; comfortable with git-based content workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with PGP, OPAQUE, or similar encryption protocols.
• Hands-on coding ability.
• Experience automating docs generation or building interactive tutorials.
• SEO fundamentals & analytics mindset.
• Basic video editing.
