AECOM is seeking a Contract Management Support in Sacramento, CA. This role supports the administration and oversight of active contracts and procurement agreements. Ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Supports contract managers with reviews of task orders, invoices, and amendments. Provides timely analysis and recommendations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Applies procurement processes and market research to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintains liaison with the contractor to interpret contractual obligations.
- Coordinates with legal, finance, and other departments ensuring compliance.
- Implements contract management policies and procedures.
- Develops and maintains a centralized contract repository.
- Identifies and mitigates contractual risks.
- Analyzes contractor performance.
- Drafts, edits, and reviews correspondence and reports related to contract performance.
- Supports contract managers with client requirements.
- Assists in resolving contract compliance issues.
- Provides training and guidance on contract-related issues to teammates/staff.
- Manages documentation through the contract management life cycle.
- Analyzes, prepares, and approves invoices.
BA/BS + 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Acquisitions, Legal or related field.
- Minimum Four (4) years’ experience in contract management.
