Full-Time GTM Strategic Sourcing Manager

• Manage software sourcing initiatives from opportunity assessment to contract execution.
• Aid the development of internal sourcing practices/procedures.
• Craft a programmatic approach to navigate timely vendor onboarding, renewal processing, vendor engagement, and stakeholder enablement at scale.
• Ensure sourcing serves as a critical enabler and value add to the business.
• Manage, advise, and engage in sourcing and contracting processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement sourcing industry trends.
• Strengthen partnerships with business functions across the company.
• Develop a strong strategic advisor/partner relationship with the legal function.
• Conduct and facilitate RFx processes.
• Benchmark suppliers and trends.
• Monitor strategic supplier performance.

• 5+ years of experience in technology sourcing with a focus on Software.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to spot trends in data and present findings.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven creative thinker with a problem-solving approach.
• Working knowledge of sourcing processes, methodologies, and approaches.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• Excellent track record of establishing relationships.
• Can-do mentality and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in productivity software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
