Job Details
Premier Research is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Global SSU team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, negotiating, tracking, and finalizing Confidentiality Agreements (CDA), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA), Budgets, and Letters of Indemnification (LOI), including amendments.
- Negotiating final CDA and CTA templates with clients and the internal project team.
- Managing contractual agreements with investigator sites, including budget and language negotiation, tracking, and finalization.
- Communicating with client designee on contract-related items independently.
- Escalating issues to the Project Manager.
- Identifying site contract related risks and potential roadblocks.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, legal studies, or life sciences.
- JD degree highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of legal experience with contract language, budget development, and negotiations.
- At least 1 year of related industry experience (CRO preferred).
- Ability to work with internal and external customers/vendors.
- Interacts with sites, clients, and other functional areas as a secondary project contact.
- Manages time and project requirements based on study deliverables.
