Job Details
Walden University seeks a Core Faculty - MSN PMHNP to educate students effectively using online technology. Responsibilities include interacting with students in the learning management system, providing timely feedback (within 48 hours), and verifying accuracy of submissions. Faculty are expected to be accessible to students.
Responsibilities:
- Teaching intensives and colloquia at Residencies.
- Chairing/participating on thesis/dissertation committees.
- Supervising field training and skill development courses.
- Serving on faculty governance or academic policy committees.
Requirements:
- PhD in the field of study or closely related field.
- Three (3) or more years of teaching experience at the degree level.
- Significant record of intellectual and professional contributions.
- Commitment to advocating for student learning in a distance environment.
- Experience with distance learning preferred.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, zip software, and Adobe Acrobat.
