Full-Time Corporate Development Analyst

• Conduct financial, operational, and market analyses to support the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (e.g., pro formas, valuations, ROI analysis).
• Assist in due diligence processes.
• Support the development of business cases for new market entries and de novo opportunities.

• Research competitive landscapes and market saturation in target regions.
• Analyze macro and micro trends in dermatology.
• Track pipeline activity and develop internal reporting dashboards.
• Perform market outreach and lead generation

• Partner with finance, legal, operations, and clinical teams.
• Help prepare board presentations, investor updates, and internal growth strategy materials.
• Contribute to relationship-building with prospective partners.

• MBA required.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, investment banking, consulting, healthcare M&A, private equity, or corporate development.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building dynamic financial models.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data/BI tools.
