Full-Time Corporate Portfolio Director - Midlands

• Be responsible for managing a portfolio of Corporate Customers across the Midlands.
• Work with the Exec team to deliver appropriate risk strategies and credit limits.
• Assess the credit position and identifying the right option suitable to meet both the Customer and business needs.
• Assess new lending opportunities and maintaining an ongoing review of the Customer’s wider business to identify credit appetite.

We are looking for someone to:

• Develop relationships at all levels with your portfolio of Corporate Customers and senior stakeholders.
• Actively own and manage allocated corporate accounts by implementing credit strategies.
• Manage, track & analyse departmental data to support the decision making process.
• Work with the wider business to identify & manage horizon risks.
• Maintain strong & relevant industry knowledge across all asset type, sectors and regions.
• Support the management of the department by identifying process opportunities.

Essential Skills:

• Strong relationship and portfolio management experience
• Expert knowledge of the commercial & residential lending market
• Deep knowledge of credit management strategies
• Ability to effectively challenge and influence key stakeholders
• Good understanding of financial accounts & cash flow forecasts
