Job Details
Longbridge is seeking a Mortgage Processing Team Lead to:
- Assist in the training and coaching of Processors.
- Ensure service and quality in loan processing according to regulations.
- Lead a team of up to 10 Processors.
- Assist Processors with pipeline management.
- Process applications for underwriting submission.
- Work with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, and title companies.
- Scan and upload file documentation into LOS.
- Clear loan conditions and communicate with loan officers.
- Ensure client file confidentiality.
- Carry own pipeline when required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of processing or reverse experience.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong customer service and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in PC applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
