Full-Time Value Proposition Lead

As a Value Proposition Lead for Financial Services, you will identify and assess strategic fields of action based on company strategy and business potential.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop end-to-end value propositions for specific product lines, collaborating with product, commercial, and marketing teams.
• Develop business cases and models, assessing impact on the overall portfolio.
• Conduct market and customer research to evaluate market potentials and prepare profitability analyses.
• Identify portfolio gaps and implementation measures, carrying out risk and feasibility analyses.
• Advise management on strategic product portfolio issues and manage strategically oriented projects.

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

• Have a degree in engineering or business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business development.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience in classic and agile cooperation, managing major projects/programs.
• Experience in an international and intercultural environment.
• Knowledge in evaluating business opportunities and digital business models.
• Market understanding and product portfolio knowledge.
• Expertise in developing a holistic view.
• Expert knowledge in market research and trend scouting.
