Full-Time Corporate Trainer (Telecom/IT)

The Telecom and IT Managed Services Corporate Trainer should be familiar with the latest trends, products and services in the telecom and IT industry and able to train others in industry technology and company-developed products. (2+ years of non-telecom trainer experience in a corporate environment may be considered).

Training will be comprehensive, covering employees from initial employment onward, end-users, and agents, using the company learning and development curriculums. Training may include verification through testing.

You will develop and improve company training content and messaging to reflect advancements and changes to products and the industry, with a focus on AireSpring products and services.

Updating training materials may involve recording videos or sound files, creating slides, infographics, or diagrams to enhance the learning experience.

Train the trainer duties may be required, helping supervisors reinforce key learnings.

Required Experience:

• At least 2 years training experience in the telecom and IT managed services industry (2+ years of non-telecom Corporate Trainer experience may be considered instead of telecom experience)
• Sales coaching or training experience a plus
• Familiarity with video editing a plus
• Creative learning and development curriculum building skills a plus
• Ability to work closely with executives and leaders to maximize learning effectiveness
• Administer feedback from learning programs and adapt them accordingly
• Ensure compliance of required participation when warranted
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with training content development
• Consistent work ethic
