We’re looking for a bold, imaginative, and strategic Creative Strategist to drive the creative direction across multiple performance-driven accounts.
Each strategist leads the creative vision for their assigned brands — from concept to execution — while working closely with the Head of Creative and collaborating across teams.
You’ll be the strategic driver behind every piece of content: building messaging systems, crafting compelling ad narratives, and mentoring creative producers to push performance boundaries.
This role is about marrying data with storytelling, creative instinct with consumer insight — and doing so with clarity, confidence, and collaborative energy.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction for client accounts from ideation to execution.
- Develop messaging frameworks aligned with client goals and performance data.
- Guide designers, editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive output.
Strategic Storytelling
- Create ad concepts using consumer psychology and emotional triggers.
- Turn insights into high-performing content and evolving brand messaging.
Collaboration & Mentorship
- Support the Head of Creative in maintaining high creative standards.
- Mentor team members through feedback and creative guidance.
- Partner with media buyers and campaign managers to align goals.
Requirements
- In-depth background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- A strong portfolio that showcases your thinking, copywriting, and performance creativity.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging development skills — across short-form and visual-first content.
- Comfort with interpreting performance data to inform creative pivots.
- Experience collaborating across teams and disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup).
