Job Details
This position investigates potential subscribers and ongoing audits on existing clients.
The Credentialing Analyst:
- Eliminates the possibility of fraudulent use.
- Ensures compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act rules and regulations.
- Obtains supporting documentation for due diligence, compliance, legal use, permissible purpose, and financial stability.
- Educates potential and new external clients on permissible purpose, appropriate use, and rules regarding accessing credit reports and reporting credit information.
- Updates Salesforce and Mainframe accounts while accessing appropriate business reports for review.
The analyst will also be responsible for special projects, process improvements, and providing setup assistance to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (High School)
- Two to four years fraud investigations experience
- Web experience
- Query experience
- Salesforce/mainframe Knowledge
