Write and edit compelling promo-offer copies and emails.
Prepare layouts for the website and direct customer communication (tournament descriptions, emails, SMS, notifications etc.).
Collaborate with a CRM team to implement all the activities based on product promo plans.
Write clear task descriptions for a design team.
Manage website banners and snippets to enhance user engagement.
iGaming (casino & betting) industry experience.
Proficiency in English is a requirement (B2-C1).
Email and other CRM comms writing experience.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems.
Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design projects.
