As a CRM Content Manager, you'll create and manage compelling content for CRM initiatives.
Develop and implement content strategies for CRM campaigns across various channels.
Write and edit engaging promotional copy for emails, websites, SMS, and other customer communications.
Collaborate with the CRM team to execute activities based on product promotion plans.
Create clear task descriptions for the design team and manage website banners and snippets.
Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all CRM communications.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM content management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align content with overall marketing objectives.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all CRM materials.
Proven experience in CRM content management, preferably in the iGaming industry.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong command of American English.
Proficiency in email marketing and other CRM communication techniques.
Familiarity with Content Management Systems and email automation tools.
Basic proficiency in Figma or similar design collaboration tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Experience with A/B testing and content optimization strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of gambling regulations and responsible gaming practices is a plus.
