Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the CRM team to develop content strategies enhancing customer engagement and retention.
Performance Monitoring: Analyze the effectiveness of CRM communications. Adjust based on performance data and customer feedback.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers and marketing teams to maintain cohesiveness and impact between copy and visuals.
Trends Research: Stay updated with the latest CRM and consumer behavior trends to refine content strategies and improve results.
Must Haves: Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent writing and editing abilities.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in copywriting, specifically within CRM, marketing, or related fields, ideally in the iGaming or technology sector.
Content Creation Skills: Proven expertise in crafting engaging marketing copy for various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, social media).
Consumer Insight: Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends in the iGaming market, particularly in the Indonesian context.
Team Player: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, design).
