Custom Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for optimizing the utilization and performance of the Med Planet panel, ensuring Quantitative and Qualitative projects are delivered within budget and timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multichannel recruitment methodologies (email campaigns, cold calling, desk research, etc.) for allocated projects.
- Attend IKO and project meetings, sharing notes on agreed plans.
- Call, schedule, confirm, and rescreen respondents for qualitative projects.
- Ensure confirmation letters and consent forms are sent and complete follow-up calls.
- Achieve daily call targets and strike rates.
- Review projects regularly, informing project managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted.
- Monitor project performance and ensure recruitment plans are executed within timelines.
- Proactively plan, organize, and implement project recruitment solutions.
- Analyze and evaluate recruitment tactics to drive improvement.
- Provide insightful feedback on project feasibility based on respondent insights.
- Provide high-quality support to respondents via phone and email.
- Execute administrative tasks like coordinating survey material distribution.
- Master and work across multiple systems to handle inquiries, complaints, and troubleshoot.
- Handle all inquiries according to company policy.
- Complete panel building activities.
Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
- Desirable: 1 year of experience in healthcare Market Research fieldwork recruitment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Fluent in French and English
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Ability to learn new technologies/software
- Basic math skills
- Interest in healthcare

- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
