Primary Responsibilities:
Our Customer Content Specialist team supports clients through our communication solutions. Specialists work directly with clients to distribute press releases to target audiences, driving corporate objectives.
As the primary point of contact, specialists are product experts and strategists, aligning services with client needs. They offer recommendations for content best practices to increase engagement and visibility.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years experience in content creation, customer service, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Team player with self-drive to exceed goals
- Passion for customer service and helping others
- Proven ability to master a product portfolio and position solutions to generate revenue
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of SEO and content best practices
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Canva, and public speaking (a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (service industry background is a bonus)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, web applications
- Basic keyboarding skills
Educational Qualifications:
- College degree preferred (B.A. in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field is a plus)
