What you'll do at OnePlan:

  1. Onboard new customers, transitioning them to post-deployment success plans.
  2. Develop success plans for customers, outlining key success factors and recommendations.
  3. Conduct regular check-ins via Monthly or Quarterly Success Reviews to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with Professional Services to identify opportunities and assist in transitions following deployments.
  5. Respond to customer requests and offer strategic guidance on product use, account modifications, and business expansion.
  6. Monitor customer adoption of OnePlan features and functionality, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  7. Facilitate renewals of subscriptions and support agreements, minimizing churn by maximizing customer satisfaction.
  8. Collect customer feedback, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and ensure customer input is integrated into product roadmaps.
  9. Act as a trusted customer advocate and thought leader, sharing insights and experiences.

Our ideal fit:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success or account management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts, including escalation and issue resolution.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, especially at the executive level.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Services, Product Management).
  • Excellent communication skills (leading meetings and webinars).
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Passion for customer service and helping businesses succeed with technology solutions.
