Job Details
Overall Purpose: Facilitating, posting, and clearing third-party customer payments. Providing accurate financial information to internal and external parties. Facilitating dispute resolution and maintaining account balances. Identifying process improvements via root cause analysis.
Main Tasks:
- Transitioning accounting processes from European entities to Hungary.
- Handling day-to-day operations in:
- Credit management
- Invoicing
- Incoming payment processing
- Collection management & dunning
- Customer disputes
- AR Closing and periodical activities
- Adhering to service levels, policies, and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving issues.
- Improving processes.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders.
- Being an ambassador to customers.
- Creating and updating process manuals.
Education: University or college degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Strong AR knowledge with at least 3 years in finance operations, ideally in a SSC environment, with experience in a service-driven, customer-oriented environment.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP FI Module.
Language: Fluent English.
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Proactive and outcome-focused attitude. Self-motivated.
