Customer Success is about understanding customer needs and helping them achieve desired outcomes. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Renaissance, you'll support district and school accounts throughout onboarding, nurturing, and renewal, focusing on exceptional platform experiences that drive student learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion among key customers.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Develop communication strategies to monitor account health and outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams throughout the customer journey.
- Continuously learn about Renaissance products and the K-12 market.
- Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategies based on key metrics.
- Cultivate relationships within assigned accounts and cross-functionally.
- Embrace change and new processes effectively.
- Develop success stories and share them.
- Proactively mitigate churn and handle objections.
- Exceed customer expectations.
- Support teachers and students.
- Work with Student Information Systems and/or MTSS systems.
Requirements:
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Project management skills (influencing and coordinating others).
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong technical skills (learning new software).
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Experience in Educational Administration and/or SaaS.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, Microsoft Suite, Teams.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
