Customer Success Manager

As a CSM at Renaissance, you'll support the teacher and administrator journey through onboarding, nurturing, and renewal.
Your goal is to retain customers, provide exceptional experiences, and drive student learning outcomes.
This role manages District and School accounts, focusing on successful implementations at scale while achieving business outcomes.
Location: Remote
Territory: Southern California
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption, retention, and expansion among valuable customers.
- Build, manage, and leverage key stakeholder relationships.
- Develop communication cadences to monitor account health and student learning outcomes (e.g., QBRs).
- Strategize with sales, marketing, and product teams throughout the customer journey.
- Continuously learn about Renaissance products, solutions, and the K-12 landscape.
- Anticipate customer needs and adapt strategic plans.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships.
- Actively seek new processes and systems.
- Curate success stories to enhance Renaissance's resources.

- Strong technical skills: comfortable with new software.
- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills (written and verbal).

- Proactive churn mitigation and account expansion.
- Education and/or SaaS experience preferred, driving large account implementations.
Compensation:
Salary range: $68,000 - $93,500 (base) + potential bonus.
