Full-Time Customer Success Manager

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Customer Success Manager position.

Role Overview:

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer success and engagement within our enterprise accounts. This will include:

• Product Adoption & Utilization: Educating customers on product features and releases to maximize value.
• Value Realization: Partnering with customers to define business outcomes and create success plans, focusing on measurable ROI.
• Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and conducting compelling value reviews.
• Account Growth: Identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks, including managing "Red Account Objects" with Account Managers.
• Customer Advocacy: Building customer advocacy and identifying case studies to drive growth.
• Continuous Improvement: Acting as the voice of the customer and collecting feedback to drive product improvements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a B2B client-facing role (customer success, professional services, sales, or account management)
• Technical acumen supporting SaaS solutions
• Domain expertise in recruitment and talent management
• Experience working with customers strategically and technically
• Strong data literacy and understanding of TA metrics
• Proven ability to drive issues to resolution
