Full-Time Senior Account Manager

About the Role:

• Present, promote, and sell new offerings to existing customers.
• Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew contracts.
• Analyze customer health and usage data to improve adoption and upsell.
• Expand business within the SMB segment.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure timely payments.
• Interact with potential clients through phone and email.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer technical questions.
• Negotiate with customers and support the full sales cycle.
• Become a trusted resource for prospective technical customers.
• Maintain accurate and transparent pipeline and activity records in Salesforce (SFDC).

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience in inside sales within a SaaS B2B environment.
• Strong sales capabilities and proven quota attainment.
• Commitment to a process-driven sales approach, accurate tracking, and forecasting.
• Ability to quickly learn new technology, adapt to changing needs, and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Good technical understanding.
